Although the Fitness Suite is a relatively new company, the trainers and therapists have been plying their trade for many a successful year. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 3 years, I’ve trained myself for 15 years and I’m lucky enough to do what I love as my job.

Health and fitness is achieved through good quality training and nutrition, but you also need to enjoy it! Together we’ll set you realistic but challenging goals in order for you to achieve the best results. I have a broad range of clients whose goals include:

• weight loss and improving their general fitness
• wanting to improve their performance at a particular sport or activity
• learning to run / competing a 5k, 10k / training for a half marathon, marathon, triathlon
• pain free movement.

Working with my clients to meet and exceed their goals is what my job’s all about and it’s why I enjoy it so much.

I also have great results with functional therapy, enabling my clients to recover from injury or achieve pain free movement. Through movement assessments and corrective techniques I treat the symptoms of the injury/movement restriction, as well as identifying and correcting the cause of the problem. Using this information, i can then design a training programme to ensure the problem doesn’t return.
